۱. پذیرش شرایط
با استفاده از KIAN V2Ray («نرمافزار») شما این شرایط را میپذیرید. اگر با آنها موافق نیستید، از نرمافزار استفاده نکنید.
۲. ماهیت نرمافزار
این یک ابزارِ متنباز و رایگان برای راهاندازی سرویسِ شخصیِ شما روی سرورِ خودتان
است. ما هیچ سرویسِ میزبانی، سرورِ پروکسی، یا اشتراکِ تجاریای ارائه نمیدهیم. نرمافزار با مجوزِ
MIT منتشر شده است (فایل LICENSE در مخزن).
۳. ارائه «همانطور که هست»
نرمافزار «همانطور که هست» (AS IS) و بدون هیچگونه ضمانتی — صریح یا ضمنی — ارائه میشود؛ از جمله بدون ضمانتِ قابلیتِ فروش، تناسب برای یک هدفِ خاص، در دسترس بودنِ مداوم، یا عدمقطعِ سرویس. شما آن را با مسئولیتِ خودتان اجرا میکنید.
۴. مسئولیتِ کاربر و رعایتِ قانون
- هدفِ این ابزار حفظِ حریم خصوصی، امنیت و دسترسیِ آزاد به اطلاعات است.
- رعایتِ تمامِ قوانینِ کشور و محدودهی قضاییِ خودتان کاملاً بر عهدهی شماست.
- استفاده برای هرگونه فعالیتِ غیرقانونی، آسیبرساندن به دیگران، یا نقضِ حقوقِ اشخاص ممنوع است.
۵. محدودیتِ مسئولیت
تا حداکثرِ حدِ مجازِ قانونی، نویسنده/نگهدارندگانِ این پروژه در قبالِ هرگونه خسارتِ مستقیم، غیرمستقیم، اتفاقی یا تبعی ناشی از استفاده یا عدمِامکانِ استفاده از نرمافزار، هیچ مسئولیتی ندارند.

server. We provide no hosting service, no proxy servers, and no commercial subscription. The Software
is released under the MIT License (see LICENSE in the repository).

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or non-interruption. You run it at your own risk.
4. User responsibility & legal compliance
- This tool exists to protect privacy, security, and free access to information.
- Compliance with all laws of your country and jurisdiction is solely your responsibility.
- Use for any unlawful activity, to harm others, or to violate the rights of others is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author/maintainers of this project shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.
